Concern Grows Over CIA Coup Attempt Against Trump
Washington, December 14, 2016
House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes issued the following statement after Intelligence Community agencies declined a request to brief the House Intelligence Committee tomorrow on cyber-attacks during the presidential campaign:
“It is unacceptable that the Intelligence Community directors would not fulfill the House Intelligence Committee’s request to be briefed tomorrow on the cyber-attacks that occurred during the presidential campaign. The legislative branch is constitutionally vested with oversight responsibility of executive branch agencies, which are obligated to comply with our requests. The Committee is vigorously looking into reports of cyber-attacks during the election campaign, and in particular we want to clarify press reports that the CIA has a new assessment that it has not shared with us. The Committee is deeply concerned that intransigence in sharing intelligence with Congress can enable the manipulation of intelligence for political purposes. The Committee will continue its efforts and will insist that we receive all the necessary cooperation from the relevant leaders of the Intelligence Community.”
In the article, “Should we trust the CIA on Russian hackers?,” Gamaliel Isaac writes:
Far more serious than the possibility that the Russians influenced the American elections is the probability that the CIA is trying to undermine the American elections by convincing the electoral college to vote against Trump. When federal lawmakers demanded that the CIA provide proof of the Russian hacking allegations, the CIA refused to show up to provide congressional testimony.
Michael Walsh, author of the great book, The Devil’s Pleasure Palace, on Cultural Marxism, says the following about the CIA:
Under such undistinguished chiefs as careerists Mike Morell (2011-2013) and current Director John Brennan, the CIA has become a partisan, politicized agency that exists primarily to tell Obama what he wants to hear — which is to hear and see no evil from the Muslim world.. The agency has long slanted center-left, reflecting a political consensus that prized the “stability” of the postwar world above everything else…As a result, the agency was caught with its pants down for every important development of the past 60 years, including the Bay of Pigs, the toppling of the shah, the fall of the Berlin Wall and the collapse of the Soviet Union…
Another smart move [by Trump] would be to clarify the line of demarcation between the CIA, whose job it is to spy on others, and the FBI, tasked with catching foreign spies in the US. The flap over possible Russian hacking of the John Podesta and DNC e-mails is a case in point: That’s a job for the bureau, not the agency, which is forbidden by law from operating within American borders yet sometimes plants politically useful stories in the media to aid its political allies.
John Guandolo was assigned to the Counterterrorism Division of the FBI’s Washington Field Office developing an expertise in the Muslim Brotherhood, Islamic Doctrine, the global Islamic Movement, and terrorist organizations including Hamas, Al Qaeda, and others. He says:
When Mr. Brennan was serving as the Chief of Station for the CIA in Saudi Arabia – the U.S. representative to the Saudi government for Intelligence matters – he befriended and was befriended by Saudi government officials, including Saudi intelligence officers. This was a recruitment effort on behalf of Saudi intelligence – which is a very aggressive intel service. They go after all U.S. government officials at one point or another in Saudi. I have been to Saudi Arabia (both as a Marine and FBI agent) and worked cases with and involving Saudi intelligence. Contacts of mine who are still in the active service of the U.S. government were present in Saudi Arabia when Mr. Brennan served there and have direct knowledge of his conversion to Islam. These individuals are well-regarded in their agencies and have impeccable integrity. Please understand they are in a tough spot and will not come forward to speak publicly on this. Additionally, any more specific information about this will risk their anonymity as there are few folks who have direct knowledge of these matters. To highlight the hostile intelligence operations against U.S. officials in Saudi Arabia, Mr. Brennan is only one of several CIA Chiefs of Station who converted to Islam while serving in their official capacity there.
