Official release: Confirmed plenary speakers include: Matt Richardson (University of Texas-Austin), Aren Aizura (University of Minnesota), micha cárdenas (University of Washington-Bothell) and Jeanne Vaccaro (University of California-Davis).

We welcome proposals for 15-minute presentations on topics including but not limited to:
